Note that plants pictured are representative of the size, fullness, health and maturity of the plant we will ship.

After unboxing, keep your new plant in bright indirect light for about a week to let it bounce back from the stresses of shipping. Check roots for rot, and water as needed.

Refrain from repotting for at least one month. While we inspect every plant for pest and health before shipping, its best practice to inspect and isolate your new plant for up to a month to limit pest spread. If your plant arrives with any issue, reach out to our team with pictures if possible!

Light Requirements: First Diamond Aglaonema thrives in moderate to bright, indirect light. It can tolerate lower light conditions but may exhibit slower growth. Avoid direct sunlight, which can scorch its delicate leaves.

Watering Needs: Water your First Diamond Aglaonema moderately, allowing the top inch of soil to dry between waterings. This adaptable plant is forgiving of occasional lapses in watering, making it an excellent choice for beginners.

Soil Type: Plant in well-draining, peat-based potting mix. Ensure the pot has drainage holes to prevent overwatering, which can lead to root rot.

Temperature and Climate: First Diamond Aglaonema prefers temperatures between 65-80°F (18-27°C). It's well-suited to indoor environments and can tolerate normal household humidity levels.

Fertilization: Feed your First Diamond Aglaonema with a balanced, water-soluble fertilizer every 4-6 weeks during the growing season (spring and summer). Reduce fertilization during the winter months.

Pruning and Maintenance: Prune occasionally to maintain its shape and remove any yellowing or dead leaves. This plant is generally low-maintenance, making it an ideal choice for busy plant enthusiasts.

Pests and Diseases: First Diamond Aglaonema is resistant to most pests and diseases. However, keep an eye out for common houseplant pests like mealybugs or spider mites and treat them promptly if they appear.

Landscape and Use: This Aglaonema variety is perfect as an ornamental houseplant, adding a touch of elegance to desks, tabletops, or as part of your indoor plant collection. Its air-purifying qualities make it a practical choice for enhancing indoor air quality.
