Shipping & Online Shop FAQ

How are plants shipped?

First we secure the soil of each pot with moss and tape, ensuring your plant won't uproot itself during transit.

Second, each plant is individually wrapped in a paper sleeve. From here the plant is secured inside the box using tape and paper cushioning.

If you purchased insulation or a heat pack for shipping, we'll be sure to wrap your plants in insulation and secure heat pack to the pot of the plant. This will keep the heat from damaging the leaves and from shifting during shipping.

Will I get the exact plant in the pictures?

No, the plants pictured are representative of the type, size, health, fulness and maturity of the plants that will ship. We maintain relationships with other nurseries to ensure we can continually offer high quality plants!

What should I do once i receive my plant?

After unboxing, check your plant for general health. While we do our best to ship plants in the best health, plants can get stressed during shipping. A dark box isn't the best condition for most plants!

Keep your plant in bright indrect light even if thats not your final location for the plant. This will help it bounce back quicker!

Check the soil for moisture level and water accordingly.

It's best practice to keep your new plant isolated from the rest of your plant family for at least a month to monitor its health.
