After unboxing, keep your new plant in bright indirect light for about a week to let it bounce back from the stresses of shipping. Check roots for rot, and water as needed.
Refrain from repotting for at least one month. While we inspect every plant for pest and health before shipping, its best practice to inspect and isolate your new plant for up to a month to limit pest spread. If your plant arrives with any issue, reach out to our team with pictures if possible!

Light Requirements: Place your Cylindrica Snake Plant in indirect to moderate light conditions. While it can tolerate low light, it thrives in bright, indirect light. This adaptability makes it an excellent addition to various indoor settings.
Watering Needs: Allow the soil to dry thoroughly between waterings, as snake plants are highly drought-tolerant. Water sparingly, and be cautious not to overwater, as these plants are susceptible to root rot in excessively moist conditions.
Soil Type: Plant your Cylindrica Snake Plant in well-draining potting soil. A cactus or succulent mix works well to ensure proper aeration and prevent waterlogged roots.
Temperature and Climate: This hardy plant can withstand a range of temperatures but prefers indoor conditions between 70-90°F (21-32°C). It's adaptable to different humidity levels and is well-suited for various climates.
Fertilization: Fertilize your Cylindrica Snake Plant sparingly, approximately every 2-3 months during the growing season (spring and summer). Use a balanced, diluted liquid fertilizer to support healthy growth.
Pruning and Maintenance: Minimal pruning is required for snake plants. Trim any yellowing or damaged leaves near the base using clean, sharp scissors or pruning shears. Regularly wipe the leaves to keep them dust-free and vibrant.
Pests and Diseases: Cylindrica Snake Plants are generally resistant to pests and diseases. However, it's advisable to inspect them periodically for common houseplant pests such as spider mites or mealybugs.
Landscape and Use: The Cylindrica Snake Plant's elegant appearance makes it a versatile choice for interior decoration. It can be displayed in various settings, from living rooms to offices and bedrooms. Its air-purifying qualities contribute to a healthier indoor environment by removing toxins from the air.
