After unboxing, keep your new plant in bright indirect light for about a week to let it bounce back from the stresses of shipping. Check roots for rot, and water as needed. Refrain from repotting for at least one month. While we inspect every plant for pest and health before shipping, its best practice to inspect and isolate your new plant for up to a month to limit pest spread. Light Requirements: To keep your Mican Philodendron thriving, provide it with bright, indirect light. While it can tolerate lower light conditions, it may exhibit slower, leggier growth in such settings.

Watering Needs: Maintain moderately moist soil for your Mican Philodendron. Water the plant when the top inch of the potting mix feels dry. Avoid overwatering, as this can lead to root issues.

Soil Type: Plant your Mican Philodendron in well-draining potting soil enriched with organic matter. A mix containing perlite or vermiculite for enhanced aeration is ideal.

Temperature and Climate: The Mican Philodendron thrives in temperatures ranging from 65-80°F (18-27°C). It adapts well to standard indoor conditions, making it suitable for various environments.

Fertilization: Feed your Mican Philodendron with a balanced liquid fertilizer every 4-6 weeks during the growing season (spring and summer). This will help support its lush foliage.

Pruning and Maintenance: Pruning can be done to control its size and shape. Trim leggy vines just above a leaf node to encourage bushier growth. Overall, it requires minimal maintenance, making it an excellent choice for plant enthusiasts of all levels.

Pests and Diseases: Mican Philodendron is generally resistant to pests. However, it's essential to monitor for common houseplant invaders like mealybugs or spider mites and address any issues promptly with appropriate treatments.

Toxicity: Please be aware that Mican Philodendron is toxic if ingested, so keep it out of reach of pets and children. Exercise caution and seek medical attention if accidental ingestion occurs.
