After unboxing, keep your new plant in bright indirect light for about a week to let it bounce back from the stresses of shipping. Check roots for rot, and water as needed.

Refrain from repotting for at least one month. While we inspect every plant for pest and health before shipping, its best practice to inspect and isolate your new plant for up to a month to limit pest spread. If your plant arrives with any issue, reach out to our team with pictures if possible!

Light Requirements: Baltic Blue Pothos thrives in moderate to bright, indirect light. While it's tolerant of lower light conditions, its distinctive blue hue and variegation shine brightest in indirect sunlight.

Watering Needs: Maintain a consistent watering schedule for your Baltic Blue Pothos. Water when the top inch of the soil feels dry to the touch, and ensure that excess water can drain away to prevent overwatering.

Soil Type: Plant your Baltic Blue Pothos in well-draining potting mix to promote healthy root growth. A blend of regular potting soil with perlite or orchid bark provides the ideal balance of moisture retention and aeration.

Temperature and Climate: This resilient houseplant thrives in typical indoor temperatures between 65-85°F (18-29°C). It adapts well to most indoor environments and is suitable for homes and offices alike.

Fertilization: Keep your Baltic Blue Pothos lush and vibrant by feeding it a balanced liquid fertilizer every 4-6 weeks during the growing season (spring and summer). Reduce feeding in the winter months when growth naturally slows.

Pruning and Maintenance: Minimal pruning is needed. Trim leggy vines just above a leaf node to encourage bushier growth. Remove any yellowing or damaged leaves to keep your plant looking its best.

Pests and Diseases: Baltic Blue Pothos is generally resistant to pests but keep an eye out for occasional mealybugs or spider mites. Address any pest issues promptly with neem oil or insecticidal soap.

Landscape and Use: This striking houseplant is an ideal choice for various indoor settings. Whether in hanging baskets, on shelves, or as part of a decorative display, its cascading vines and unique coloration add a touch of natural beauty to any space.

Additional Tips:

  • Rotate the plant occasionally to ensure even growth and variegation.

Toxicity: Remember that Baltic Blue Pothos is toxic if ingested, so take precautions and keep it out of reach of curious pets and children.
